We make every effort to ensure that all goods arrive in perfect condition.
However, in the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged, the customer must contact us in writing within 14 days of the delivery date, providing a full description and images of the fault.
If you find your purchase to be unsatisfactory, we are happy to exchange the goods or make a refund, providing the goods are returned to us within 7 days of their receipt, in the original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
We regret however that no refund will be made for the return carrier/postage costs.
Refunds can only be made once the goods are back in the possession of the company and will be in the form of the original method of payment.
