G K & N Services supply 2 Vacuum tankers to Billy Bowie Tankers

G K & N have recently completed a supply of 2 Vacuum tankers for Billy Bowie Tankers of Kilmarnock Scotland.

The team at G K & N were asked to build two tankers to be fitted 2 new Mercedes Arocs trucks.

They had to fabricate a slightly shorter but larger diameter tank to fit the short wheelbase of the Mercedes trucks.

The benefit - highly manoeuvrable vehicles with good tank capacity and high performance vacuum pumps. They are designed and built to the pressure equipment directive PD5500.

G K & N have worked with Billy Bowie tankers for over 12 years now and they are one of the largest waste tanker operators in Scotland with the head office in Kilmarnock and depots in Widnes, Leeds and Sheffield.
